Centrifugal juice is one the most common method of juicing. It extracts juice from fruit and vegetables by using rotating blades. Unfortunately, rotating blades generate heat making it possible for oxidation to take place. Once oxygen is introduced to the juice, it loses vitamins and nutrients and isn’t in it’s purest form anymore.

Our cold pressed juicer places two hundred pounds of pressure upon the pulp to extract the juice and minimizes heat and the oxidation of nutrients and preserves the vital nutrients, vitamins, minerals, and enzymes. DRINK WARM H2O WITH LEMON!
Begin your day with an alkalizing dose of water and fresh squeezed lemon. This prepares your body for your first juice. We find drinking this or a delicious fresh ginger tea throughout the day really enhances one’s fast.

ENJOY A MEDITATION OR GRATITUDE WALK
Take 3O minutes of peace in between your lemon water and first juice to give your system some time to “boot up.”

“CHEW” YOUR JUICE
Try to simulate the chewing action with every mouth of juice. This will aid in the digestion of your juices.

DRINK YOUR JUICES IN ORDER
​Drink bottle #1 after your morning mediation or gratitude walk, bottle #2 for morning snack, bottle #3 for lunch, bottle #4 for an afternoon snack, bottle #5 for dinner, and finish off with bottle #6 for supper.

CHILL OUT
You may feel more tired during your juice fast so take it easy. Don’t do too much. Get more sleep and relax.

WHAT TO EXPECT

BEFORE YOUR CLEANSE
Prepare for your detoxing at least 3 days before you start your program. Start by reducing your intake of red meat, fried food, simple carbs (eg. bread, pasta, rice), dairy and white sugar. Consume more raw vegetables and fruits, steamed white meat and fish. Steamed vegetables are ok too.

AFTER YOUR CLEANSE 
It is important to break the juice fast properly. To help to ensure the maximum efficiency of your 3 or 5 Days Detox:​

  •      Continue to consume up to two litres of water a day.
  •      Stay with healthy meals and snacks that contain lots of raw greens and fruits.
  •      Try to avoid all meats for the first two days after the fast.  Steamed vegetables, soups and salads are the perfect alternative
  •      On the third day you may start with steamed or baked fish, steamed greens or begin once again consuming whole grains and starches.

It is normal to experience the following during your juice fast: headaches, vomiting, nausea, diarrhea, indigestion, rashes may appear on your body. While most of these symptoms should disappear after the 2nd day rashes might appear after a day two on your juice cleanse.  This is completely normal as you are going through this cleansing process to clean house and whatever goes in must come out!
